Botsa's Telangana Remarks: Reactions

The BJP says it welcomes the remark, while TRS says it is a manipulative move

28th Feb, 2010: BJP Leader Bandaru Dattatreya said he welcomed Botsa Satyanarayana's comments on wanting the state to be split. He also said the BJP will stick to the JAC.

Dattatreya said that instead of providing security to the Sri Krishna Committee while it tours the state the panel must go to each and every village to get the opinions of people.

Botsa's remarks were criticized by TRS leader Eetela Rajender, who said that Botsa was being made to say those things by Congress politicians, in order to provoke the people of Telangana
