  • Where a shepherd boy once found a magic idol now stands a crumbling fort. Its mystery is coming apart now, but the Fort remains compelling.

  • One of the largest mosques in the world, this took 8,000 masons and labourers, 77 years and 1,400 bullocks (!) to be completed. So do visit. And remember to sit on the stone seat.

Its in Medak dist. Vijay. Hope you know Balanagar, chintal, jeedimetla. You need to go straight from there medak highway and there will be a diversion one goes to medak church and one to this Yedupayala Temple.

I heard there is a place called 'Yedupayala' around 50-60 KM away from hyd,and it is good site seeing place.. can some one tell more details about that.. i want to spend with family a day or two out of Hyd rush..
