The Hyderabad Hockey Association is organising the B-Division League Hockey Championships from 25th April to 21st May, at the AOC Grounds, Secunderabad. 16 teams are participating in this tournament, and are divided into 3 groups. Group A has Tarbund XI, Deccan stars, TPI, NFC and Rising Star, Group B has Lucky Club, Cross Wings, Nehru Club, BHEL (Ramachandrapuram), ECIL and Friends Club, and Group C has Independent Club, Gun Bazaar, Cantonment ASC, Rainbow and BHEL (R & D). The duration of each match will be 70 minutes, in two halves of 30 minutes each with an interval of 10 minutes between the halves. The top team from each group qualifies for the super league knockout championship that will decide the winner and the runners-up, the dates for which will be released after the league stages.
