The Osho Mevlana Meditation Centre is conducting a meditation program on 10th May, at The Times Of India building. The program is open for all age groups, and will be conducted by Swami Sathyaniranjan. Sookshasanas, Surya namaskaras and yogasanas will be taught in this camp. Under sookshasanas, around 10 exercises covering various parts of the body from the head to the toe will be taught.

Patients who are suffering from heart ailments, blood pressure, asthma, stomach pain, diabetes, anxiety, back ache, body pains, fear complex, tension, sleeplessness, depression, stress, loss of concentration, negative thoughts, gastric trouble, spondilitis, obesity, being underweight and many other problems can follow these exercises without any side effects or problems.

The timings of the meditation programme are 5pm tp 7pm, and there are no charges for this program.

The Osho Mevlana Meditation Centre was established in 1991. This is the only Osho meditation centre in Andhra Pradesh. The centre maintains a library consisting of Osho's books (in English, Hindi & Telugu), audio cassettes (English & Hindi), meditation and music cassettes / CDs. The centre also conducts outdoor meditation workshops for 3 days, in a natural environment. The centre attracts many new people and Osho lovers each month.
