On the list are soups such as Leek And Potato Soup, Chicken And Broccoli Soup, Chicken Chowder Soup or Minestrone Milianaise Soup, salads such as Smoked Chicken Salad and Macaroni Cheese, and main course items including Spaghetti Meatballs And Chicken Picatta, Augratin, Peperoncino-Flavoured Chicken Breast With Calabrian Style Red Onion Marmalade, Potato Gnocchi With Roasted Peppers And Saffron Flavoured Seafood Sauce, Pugliese Lagane Pasta With Pan-Braised Zucchini And Aubergine-Balsamic Sauce, Terrine Of Grilled Aubergines, Tomatoes, Zucchini And Roasted Peppers With Mild Garlic Sauce, and the Asparagus Risotto.
