One negative thing that I have noted about Tanishq is the lack of transparency in gold rates. They dont reveal the current rates on net,mail or telephone, not even to their regular customers. You need to visit the store personally and then decide over there if you want to make any purchase on the current rate that they communicate. If you want to plan a purchase, you will have to run to their store daily. Tanishq...listening ?

Tanishq experience was terrible. we went to get a diamond nose pin aned we were made to wait for 20 mins with not as much as a glance or a word from the sales person. we were totally ignored and no products were shown even on asking the sales person about 5 times, the sales guy would walk away saying 2 mins and not comeback. Totally not helpful

Pros: ambiance
Cons: bad service, bad pricing,
