Christopher Domingo / fullhyd.com
Who is Williams and where can one get in touch with him? This is one personality who would be interesting to meet. The sheer audacity and guts of this person is remarkable. To wield a camera and take the responsibility of a director when one doesn’t have the faintest idea about either, takes (if I can say it, I’ll say it anyway) a very formidable hide. Excuse the blatant critical statement, but sometimes one has to do what one has to do. If anyone by chance meets him, please, ask him "Why, why, why?"

This is one the most excruciatingly baffling movies ever screened. The film is one non-stop sequence of nonsense. The movie starts off with a mysterious assassin, assassinating a character whose purpose we are never enlightened about. Suddenly it shifts to a beach, and believe it folks, there are lifeguards, who are made to look like the characters of Baywatch. The attempt was so miserable that one could call this scene "bane to watch". The reason for these lifeguards – contact Mr. Williams.

Out of the blue appears a notorious criminal with a pretty damsel in tow and before you know it, she is assassinated (yes, she does sing a sensual song before she is murdered). Then, there is a gang of criminals, which smuggles cocaine abroad in envelopes (how very innovative!!). And in all this addle is a lady who smokes, drinks and bets on street fights.

Scene after scene flashes by with no purpose and we finally seem to be coming to the end. And lo! The hero who appears on the posters is brought in for the last half-hour. His purpose is to add to the series of disconnected ongoings. The amazing ending is that half the purposeless characters are from the CBI and RAW. I am not kidding, the lady who smokes and drinks is from the Radical Analytical Wing (the intelligence wing of India). Sheer audacity and guts, indeed.

All the songs are of the cabaret and erotic kind. The action is incessant. Nothing else is worth a mention. The burning question will always be, "Why, Williams, why?"
