You can love them or hate them, but you can't deny that Hyderabad needs them - to get ready for the new world. They build homes, futuristic mini-cities, townships and dreams, and are credited with (and blamed for) literally changing the face of the city.

Best known for insane amounts of real estate on front pages of newspapers, the Aliens Group prides itself on “intelligent living”. Their Space Station project, with its neo-tech features, is advertised as the next big thing in living spaces since plumbing, and the prices seem to agree.

There's no denying that Janapriya is as popular as it is prolific. Could the fact that it caters to budgets ranging from Rs. 10 lakhs to Rs. 60 lakhs, have anything to do with it? Also, the company prides itself on the results of a survey that declared it Most Preferred Builder – not once – twice.

Property and Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC), one of PBEL's international promoters, builds casinos, towers and conference centres in exotic locations. Little wonder then, that PBEL chooses to make its entry here with an exotic little city, titled PBEL City.
